Want to schedule time in the center? Check the calendar for availability, then email your request to vtecc@vt.edu with the event, date, and time.

If the calendar indicates "Center Closed," then no additional activites can be scheduled during that time slot. In all other cases, up to 4 meetings can occur simultaneously. If you wish to schedule a research session or other event that requires confidentiality, please include that information in your request.
